The yoga mat offers good cushioning, is durable and easy to clean. Simply wipe it with water and mild soap with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Please note that this mat is designed for quieter Hatha or Yin Yoga. If you practice hot, power yoga or sweaty exercises, we recommend using one of our yoga cloths as a support.
Aladastra mats have dual nationality! They are made in Germany and designed and printed in Athens. They are environmentally friendly, ÖKO-TEX® certified and the printing is done sustainably with non-toxic, solvent-free, UV-cured inks. The mat is very comfortable, especially light and easy to maintain.
