The nasal douche also known as Neti, is a perfect instrument to give your nose a break and release it from soiling by self-treatment. The isotonic solution thus develops corresponding to the same concentration of salt as in natural tear or blood.
Application: Bend over washbasin with the head tilted to one side and hold the douche opening against one nostril. Breathe through your slightly open mouth. Remove your finger from the opening of the closing lid. The isotonic solution now washes the nasal mucous membranes and runs out through the other nostril. After you have used the half solution, use the left solution for the other nostril. Turn the head over and do same on your other nostril in opposite direction.
Keep it closed and dry.
