General Terms And Conditions

General Frames of Application
Our general terms and conditions given below apply to contractual relationships with Yoga Costa, to any accomplishments and/or to all goods and services. If any regulations should get ineffective, outstanding terms and conditions will keep being valid. The ineffective regulation will be replaced by the legal establishment. When placing any order, the purchaser declares accordance to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Deviating terms/agreements require our written agreement.

Delivery and Time of Delivery
The purchaser orders by sending off our online order form. Yoga Costa then recognizes your order and delivers the goods. You will receive an e-mail that confirms your purchase as soon as you have completed ordering online. Every single shipment will be delivered to the shipping address chosen by the purchaser. Once we have received an order, the goods will be prepared for delivery either the same day or the following day (depending on what time you order). If the order contains books, DVD's or CD's we still have to order, the dispatch will be prolonged for 2 - 6 days. The shipment will be sent by the Swiss Post. Purchasers may normally expect the goods to be delivered between 2 - 5 days. If an article has temporarily run out of stock, it may prolong the delivery time for about 14 days. Delivery to a foreign country
We do not currently deliver abroad.


Prices
All prices are gross prices in Swiss francs (CHF) that already contain the legal value-added tax (VAT-Nr. CHE-114.936.799 MWST). Price changes, misapprehension and errors are excepted. Prices are binding as applied at the time of the order.

Conditions of Payment
Inside of Switzerland payable within 30 days of the date of invoice. We reserve the right to persist on payment in advance. Initial orders of new customers who order goods that exceed a subtotal of CHF 400.00 we persist on payment in advance. Delivery happens just after the receipt of payment on our bank account.

Replacement / Right to Return Unsatisfactory Products
We guarantee the right to return unsatisfactory products within 20 days if they have not been used. There is no right to return any media (Books, DVDs, CDs), nutritions and cosmetics. Replacement deadline is kept by the dispatch of the goods on time (postmark is appreciable). After expiration of the replacement deadline a binding purchase will be on hand.
The right to return unsatisfactory products require that, at any time, products must not be used and being in brand new condition as it has been dispatched. Products are considered as unused as long as there are no traces of usage detectable. Moreover, it must be returned in unspoilt, intact original packaging together with the complete appropriate accessories. Returns are only accepted if they are sufficiently stamped. After the receipt in acceptable conditions of the return, the amount will be refunded without any postage charges.


Availability Reserve
If we determine any unavailability in stock upon receipt of the order, we reserve the right to provide an equivalent product or to withdraw from the contract. If necessary, we refund the money which has already been transferred.


Title Retention
The title to the goods remains vested in the seller (Yoga Costa GmbH) until certain obligations (usually payment of the purchase price) are fulfilled by the buyer.


Privacy
Any personal information we ask you to give us are needed for business purposes only. They will be saved considering the data protection regulations. We take for granted to treat all personal information as confidential. We will never pass any personal information to unauthorized third parties and will at any time protect them from unauthorized access. If you decided to activate our newsletter which informs you regularly about special offers and reductions, your E-Mail address has to be saved for these purposes only. This newsletter is free and can be unsubscribe at any time.
