This Meditation Mat (also known as a Zabuton) with a core of 4-ply cotton fleece provides comfort even during long meditation exercises and provides a comfortable and soft sitting. The removable cover of 100% cotton can be washed easily at 40°C. In traditional meditation one is sitting on a Zafu cushion that is placed in the middle of the Zabuton. Knees and feet thus have a soft underlay. The Zabuton is also a seat pad for any occasion: when guests come, on the patio, for relaxed reading etc. With the included strap with handle the mat can be easily folded and stored.
