A soft lying surface is important when meditating, especially when it is for a long time or frequently. This meditation mat with a core of 4-ply cotton fleece provides comfort even during long meditation exercises and provides a comfortable and soft sitting. The removable cover of 100% cotton can be washed easily at 40°C.

1 x Meditation Cushion Zafu
This traditional meditation cushion with stretch wrinkles has been tried and tested for centuries. A tenderly handmade cover made of velveteen makes this cushion to something really special. Its solid but still cuddly structure guarantees a shape consistency and makes you feel comfortable and convenient when sitting on it. A velcro which is on the cover permits regulating the volume as requested. The filling consists of breathable spelt husks.
Convenient for classical techniques which are taught in Zen, Hinayana, Mahayana or Yoga.
