The classic, hand-beaten Singing Bowl Chö-pa with its own unique sound is made of eight (precious) metals. The proportions of the metals, the diameter and the thickness of the different types of singing bowls determine the individual and special sound and overtone. Each singing bowl is therefore unique.
The Chö-pa Singing Bowls are often used in schools or kindergartens and are convenient to travel with. These singing bowls are especially affected by people who practise Zen meditation. Generally, they are suitable for exercises that demand attention and alertness.
Instruction:
Singing bowls can be both rubbed on the seam and hit with a corresponding striker. This results in a long-lasting singing sound which fills the room with entire clarity.
Singing bowls are always unique and can therefore distinguish from size, appearance and sound.
