The Yoga Block Oval made of natural cork is the egg-shaped version of our popular Yoga Cork Block. The Cork Block can be used like a conventional yoga brick in many yoga postures. With its rounded corners, the oval block fits even better in the hand, while offering the same slip resistance and stability as a square block.
This allows the block to be positioned under the hand in the stretched lateral angle (Utthita Parsvakonasana) if it does not reach to the floor. Thanks to its round shape, it can also be used to support backbends, or to bring a little variety to advanced yoga practice.
