This Zen Meditation Cushion is quite versatile. The rectangular shape makes this a versatile yoga prop, useful for meditation, sitting and reclining poses or for an extra floor cushion in your home. It is filled with kapok (100% natural fibre, looks similar to cotton) and therefore relatively lightwight. The filling is well packed to provide a solid cushion, and yet is soft enough to be comfortable.
The sturdy cover is made of 100% cotton and it includes a zipper so that the cover can be taken off to wash.
Zen pillows are typically used with a zabuton cushion to provide comfort and support to assist you in your sitting practice.
