The Meditation Cushion Lotus is a classic among our meditation cushion. The Lotus cushion has a removable cover made of durable cotton fabric and a handy carrying strap. The slightly wider, adaptable seat supports an upright, comfortable seating position. With a seat height of about 15cm, the meditation cushion is ideal for beginners and advanced practitioners.
A zipper on the inner-cover permits regulating the volume as requested. The filling consists of kapok (100% natural fibre, looks similar to cotton) and the cushion is lighter than a spelt husks filled cushion.
The Lotus meditation cushion is well suited for the lotus position or tailor seat, but also for all other techniques.
The 100% cotton cover has a zipper and is therefore easy to remove and wash.
