Aerial Yoga is a fantastic training discipline that has taken the world by storm and is increasingly preferred by modern yogis because of the countless reversal postures and other complex yoga exercises. Many asanas can be experienced in a completely new way with the help of gravity. You can swing, let certain parts of the body hang in and experience various reversal positions in a completely new way or simply lie down in the cloth to relax in Savasana. The Aerial Yoga hammock can be attached to a ceiling beam or either one or two eyebolts which are screwed into the ceiling. The hammock can be adjusted in height at any time thanks to the included Daisy Chains. Our set is suitable for ceiling heights from 2.20 to 4.20 meters.

The Firetoys Aerial Yoga cloth has a special knot at the ends, into which stainless steel O-rings are tied. The cloth can be used as either a 1-point or 2-point hammock. If you need to adjust the height of the hammock frequently, it is advisable to either use additional carbainers or knot O-slings to the ends of the cloth. All Firetoys Aerial Yoga hammocks are inspected and tested in the UK before being packed and shipped. The hammocks are tested to a WLL (working load limit) of 172kg.

The manufacturer recommends not to expose the cloth to direct sunlight, as the colour may fade and the material may decompose. The cloths are machine washable, in the gentle wash cycle and in cold water. It is recommended not to spin-dry the cloth and to hang it up to dry in a drying room. Do not dry it in a the dryer or in sunlight.
