The cherry pit pillow consists of an inner pillow filled with cherry stones and a removable and washable outer cover. Only the inner cushion filled with cherry pit is intended to be heated exclusively in the microwave.
This cherry pit pillow is not intended for medical use.
Instructions for use:
- Remove the inner cushion from the outer cover and heat it in the microwave according to the following instructions. Do not heat the outer cover!
- Place the inner cushion in the cooking chamber of the microwave. Make sure that the cherry pits are evenly distributed inside. In this way, you avoid localised heat.
- Heat the inner cushion for a maximum of 30 seconds at a power of 500 to 750 watts or a maximum of 20 seconds at a power of 750 to 1000 watts.
Place a glass of cold water in the cooking chamber during heating to support rehydration. Then place the inner cushion in the outer cover before use.
