Gua Sha has been known for centuries in the healing art of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Until today, the use of Gua Sha from gemstones is very common in Asia, because the application is simple and requires no special knowledge.

In the Western world, Gua Sha is mainly used in relaxing and draining applications. These can be done on the whole body; especially popular is the treatment on the face.

Cleaning: The stone can be rinsed under clear, running water after each application. Dab with a soft towel or allow to air dry.
