It has in addition an all-optical signal (LED light). Especially suitable for meditating with eyes half closed, or whenever an acoustic signal acts rather disturbing.
For exercises with closed eyes, the acoustic signal (beep pleasant) is ideal. Use the rotary knob on the back to adjust the volume of the beep continuously or mute the sound.
The timer allows two parallel time measurements and is therefore ideally suitable for practices with eg. 5 minutes of meditation and 30 minutes of yoga. Thus, a temporal control of dyads and other exercises with comparable sequences is possible.
Of course, the timer has a clock function. A wake-up time as an alarm clock cannot be set.
