The Aerial Yoga hammock can be attached to a ceiling beam or either one or two eyebolts which are screwed into the ceiling.

The Firetoys Aerial Yoga cloth has a special knot at the ends, into which stainless steel O-rings are tied. The cloth can be used as either a 1-point or 2-point hammock. If you need to adjust the height of the hammock frequently, it is advisable to either use additional carbainers or knot O-slings to the ends of the cloth. All Firetoys Aerial Yoga hammocks are inspected and tested in the UK before being packed and shipped. The hammocks are tested to a WLL (working load limit) of 172kg.

The cloths are machine washable, in the gentle wash cycle and in cold water. It is recommended not to spin-dry the cloth and to hang it up to dry in a drying room. Do not dry it in a the dryer or in sunlight.
