Application:
• Fill the bathtub or footbath with lukewarm water, add a generous handful of salt and stir gently to dissolve the crystals and release the minerals. Immerse the desired part of the body (feet, legs or the whole body) and leave for 15 to 20 minutes. After the bath, rinse off with clear water and apply a lotion or oil to the skin.
• To exfoliate, massage onto damp skin using circular movements, then rinse off.
