Soft stretch band for pilates and other training purposes.
These stretch bands originate from physiotherapy and are nowadays also an admired part of pilates exercises and other forms of training.
Stretchband Information:
Most of all stretch band exercises simulate the training on the pilates studio reformer. The pilates reformer was developed by Joseph H. Pilates and is findable in every bigger pilates studio. Compared to exercises at ground level, force endurance and muscle construction can be improved much faster by using the reformer. The band achieves some comparable training effects. Due to the stretch band offers a resistance that increases the demanding of your brawn, it makes it possible to control the contraction and pull apart the band. Particulary suitable is the usage of the band when you wish to stretch or reinforce a certain area of your muscle area.
